Tech Mahindra Eligibility criteria
Qualification Criteria: BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics/Cybersecurity/MSc(Cybersecurity)/MCA/MSc(Computer Science).
Candidates should have passed out qualifying course in the year 2020 or 2021 and should have the consolidated marksheet or provisional degree issued.
Candidates should have a minimum of 60% (without rounding off) in 10th, 12th, diploma (if done), graduation, post graduation.
There should be no loss of 1 or more academics years after joining a course post completing SSC.
Tech Mahindra Selection Process
Candidates shortlisted from the registered list will be called for below mentioned Test with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.
- Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story
- Psychometric & Technical Test
- Conversational Test
- Bot Based Technical Interview
- Technical / HR Interview

Joining Location and Work Timings:
Positions are opened for Tech Mahindra offices across locations.
Candidate should be wiling to work on any type of project at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Centers or Client Locations spread across the country as per the company specified work timings including working in shifts
Bond and compensation:
On selection,
- Candidate will be on probation for 3 months with a CTC INR 3 25 L/annum
- Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from the date of joining the company
Note: During probation candidate will undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
